Available Positions:
1- Patient Care Lead
Location: Muscat, Oman
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Patient Care Team in implementing drug access programs.
- Coordinate with hospitals, pharmacies, and patients to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure team compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Prepare monthly monitoring reports and track data for quality assurance.
- Perform administrative duties and attend daily meetings with patients and doctors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in healthcare or humanitarian work.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in data monitoring and management is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service or logistics is a plus.
2- Nurse Coordinator
Location: Muscat, Oman
Responsibilities:
- Provide home nursing care to ensure patient health and quality of life.
- Conduct telephonic follow-ups and consultations.
- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure and blood glucose levels.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide patient education and counseling.
- Report and monitor adverse events as per company procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience in home healthcare and patient care.
- Ability to operate medical equipment such as ECG machines and spirometry.
- Strong command of English.
3- Physiotherapist
Location: Muscat, Oman
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical condition and diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiothoracic issues.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans.
- Use various physiotherapy techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
- Provide necessary exercises and rehabilitation training to improve patients' quality of life.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- Experience in providing home physiotherapy care.
- Ability to work with patients suffering from physical disabilities due to injury or illness.

2- منسق التمريض (Nurse Coordinator)

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تقديم الرعاية التمريضية المنزلية لضمان صحة المرضى وجودة حياتهم.
- المتابعة الهاتفية والاستشارات الصحية للمرضى.
- مراقبة العلامات الحيوية مثل ضغط الدم ومستويات السكر في الدم.
- تحضير الأدوية وفقًا لوصفة الطبيب وإعطاؤها للمرضى.
- تقديم المشورة الصحية والتعليم للمرضى وعائلاتهم.
- تسجيل ومتابعة أي أعراض جانبية أو شكاوى دوائية وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- شهادة في التمريض أو أي مجال صحي ذي صلة.
- خبرة في التمريض والرعاية الصحية المنزلية.
- القدرة على استخدام المعدات الطبية مثل جهاز تخطيط القلب ومقياس التنفس.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
3- أخصائي علاج طبيعي (Physiotherapist)

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تقييم حالة المرضى وتشخيص الحالات العضلية والعصبية والقلبية.
- وضع وتنفيذ خطط علاجية مخصصة للمرضى وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم.
- استخدام تقنيات العلاج الطبيعي المختلفة لتحسين حركة المرضى وتخفيف الألم.
- تقديم النصائح والتدريبات اللازمة للمرضى لتحسين جودة حياتهم.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
- شهادة في العلاج الطبيعي أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في تقديم العلاج الطبيعي للمرضى في المنازل.
- القدرة على العمل مع المرضى الذين يعانون من إعاقات جسدية بسبب الإصابات أو الأمراض.
