At least 2 years experience in inventory and warehouse management.
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and ERP software.
Job duties:
Follow up on product receiving and storage operations in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure stock availability and quality.
Managing periodic inventory operations and preparing the necessary reports.
🔹 Sales Officer - Barka
Required qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years experience in sales.
Excellent communication skills and ability to achieve sales targets.
Job duties:
Develop sales strategies and increase sales.
Dealing with clients and building strong relationships with them.
Preparing periodic reports and analyzing market data.
🔹 Operations Crew - Barka
Required qualifications:
High school diploma as a minimum.
Previous experience in operations or logistics is preferred.
Ability to work in a team spirit and handle work pressure.
Job duties:
Implement operational processes in accordance with approved standards.
Assist in arranging, loading and unloading products.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety procedures.
🔹 Sales Promoter - Barka
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or diploma in marketing or any related field.
At least 1 year experience in direct marketing and promotion.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Job duties:
Promote the company's products in various locations.
Interact with customers and provide information about products.
Contribute to achieving sales goals and increasing brand awareness.
🔹 Distribution Senior Specialist – Muscat
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Minimum 4 years of experience in distribution and shipment management.
Good knowledge of distribution systems and inventory management.
Job duties:
Oversee distribution operations and ensure timely delivery of products.
Improve transportation efficiency and reduce operating costs.

🔹 Plant Quality Specialist - Bahla
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.

Implementation of agricultural product inspection and analysis programs.

Required qualifications:

المهام الوظيفية:

متابعة عمليات استلام وتخزين المنتجات وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة.

ضمان توفر المخزون والتحقق من جودته.

إدارة عمليات الجرد الدورية وإعداد التقارير اللازمة.
🔹 ضابط مبيعات (Sales Officer) – بركاء
المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المبيعات.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على تحقيق الأهداف البيعية.
المهام الوظيفية:

المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
شهادة ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى.

يفضل خبرة سابقة في مجالات العمليات أو الخدمات اللوجستية.

القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.
المهام الوظيفية:

تنفيذ العمليات التشغيلية وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة.

المساعدة في ترتيب وتحميل وتفريغ المنتجات.

ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية.
🔹 مروج مبيعات (Sales Promoter) – بركاء
المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم في التسويق أو أي مجال ذي صلة.

خبرة في الترويج والتسويق المباشر لا تقل عن سنة.

مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة.
المهام الوظيفية:
-
الترويج لمنتجات الشركة في مختلف المواقع.
-
التفاعل مع العملاء وتقديم المعلومات حول المنتجات.
-
المساهمة في تحقيق الأهداف البيعية وزيادة الوعي بالعلامة التجارية.
🔹 أخصائي أول توزيع (Distribution Senior Specialist) – مسقط
المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة الأعمال.

خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال التوزيع وإدارة الشحنات.
-
معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التوزيع وإدارة المخزون.
المهام الوظيفية:
-
الإشراف على عمليات التوزيع وضمان تسليم المنتجات في الوقت المحدد.
-
تحسين كفاءة عمليات النقل وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.
-
إعداد التقارير وتحليل البيانات لتحسين الأداء.
🔹 أخصائي جودة نبات (Plant Quality Specialist) – بهلاء
المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
شهادة بكالوريوس في الزراعة أو علوم الأغذية أو تخصص مشابه.

خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مراقبة الجودة الزراعية.
-
إلمام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة الغذائية.
المهام الوظيفية:
-
مراقبة جودة المنتجات وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المطلوبة.
-
تنفيذ برامج فحص وتحليل المنتجات الزراعية.
-
تقديم تقارير دورية حول جودة الإنتاج وإيجاد حلول لتحسينها.
🔹 طاقم إنتاج نبات (Plant Production Crew) – بهلاء
المؤهلات المطلوبة:-
شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم في مجال الزراعة أو الإنتاج النباتي.

يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في الإنتاج الزراعي.
-
القدرة على العمل في بيئة زراعية واتباع التعليمات بدقة.
المهام الوظيفية:
-
تنفيذ مهام الإنتاج الزراعي وفق الخطط المحددة.
-
العناية بالنباتات ومتابعة عمليات الحصاد والتعبئة.
-
المساعدة في تحسين جودة الإنتاج الزراعي.
