• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and basic numerical ability are essential for this role.

2️⃣ Merchandising:

•  You must have a good sense of display aesthetics, be able to manage stock efficiently, and have a keen eye for product placement to maximize sales.

3️⃣ Quality Control:

• The Quality Control role focuses on ensuring that all products meet VIVA’s high standards. This includes checking product quality, expiry dates, and adherence to health and safety regulations. 
• You will also be responsible for reporting any defects, monitoring store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
•  A strong understanding of quality assurance procedures and attention to detail is required for this role.

• A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions.
