Commercial Sales Executive

Details:

  • Implement the annual sales strategy of commercial fuel effectively in line with OOMCO policies, procedures, and processes to achieve sales targets for volume, turnover, and gross margin.
  • Grow the business as per the company’s annual target and contribute to long-term strategic plans.
  • Create customers in the commercial segment as per company norms to continuously expand the customer base.
  • Provide monthly and on-request sales reports, review them against the yearly sales plan, and recommend recovery plans to ensure profitability.


  • Conduct market studies, identify, and recommend potential business opportunities for OOMCO in line with company strategy, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage and improve collections according to OOMCO policy to maintain effective debtor management and improve debtor days.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Recommend and assist in developing and executing country-wide marketing activities in alignment with the OOMCO marketing department.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing support, guidance, and service recommendations to ensure sustainability.


  • Ensure on-time delivery of invoices to prevent supply interruptions.
  • Participate in managing new tenders for commercial fuel, ensuring alignment with OOMCO processes and policies.

Commercial Business Support Executive

Details:

  • Obtain, process, renew, and manage all required permits, licenses, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure commercial sites operate in full compliance with local regulations, including those from the Ministry of Commerce, Environment Authority, ROP Civil Defense, and Municipality.
  • Ensure timely processing of permits and licenses to avoid penalties.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and align processes accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison between OOMCO and regulatory bodies for approvals.

Invoicing & Payment Processing:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly invoices to commercial customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies by coordinating with internal finance and customer teams.

Customer & Stakeholder Relations:

Details:

Details:

  • Assist with invoicing, ensuring all legal and compliance-related invoices are processed on time.
  • Maintain and organize legal and compliance documents for easy access.
  • Assist in preparing and filing legal documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGM).
  • Ensure compliance with filing requirements and deadlines.

Legal & Compliance Assistance:
