Muscat University is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead and drive strategic HR initiatives that align with the university’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the university’s vision and objectives.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning to build a high-performing workforce.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive salary structures and benefits packages.

Candidate Profile:
