Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for sales and marketing in the cooling equipment industry? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business growth in commercial and industrial cold rooms, freezers, blast freezers, and more. Join us in delivering top-notch cooling solutions using advanced reciprocating and screw compressors.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing efforts for cooling equipment in commercial and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their cooling needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
What We Expect
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on sales and marketing in cooling equipment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial cooling systems, including cold rooms, freezers, and blast freezers.
- Expertise in using reciprocating and screw compressors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

المهام
- قيادة جهود المبيعات والتسويق لمعدات التبريد في القطاعات التجارية والصناعية.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم التبريدية وتقديم حلول مخصصة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات وتوسيع السوق.

- معرفة قوية بأنظمة التبريد التجارية والصناعية، بما في ذلك غرف التبريد والمجمدات والمجمدات السريعة.
- خبرة في استخدام الضواغط الترددية والبراغي.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
- سجل حافل بتحقيق أو تجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
