Creative Direction (DA)
The Creative Direction department is responsible for the creation, production, and orchestration of 360-degree communication projects for the Fragrance & Beauty Division. These creative projects are rolled out internationally and locally adapted for each market through our regional creative teams (USA, APAC, Japan, Europe, UK, and Switzerland).
These teams ensure the brand image is respected in their respective regions and help our projects gain local relevance.
In this context, you will join the Creative Operations Department within the Creative Direction as a Creative Operations Project Manager for Local Operations.

ملخص الدور
تحت إشراف مدير إدارة المشاريع، ستقوم بالمشاركة في تنسيق الفريق المسؤول عن إدارة المشاريع وقيادة المشاريع عبر الأقسام المختلفة. ستكون مسؤولًا عن تحسين وتطوير العمليات وإدارة المشاريع العابرة للأقسام.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
المساهمة في بناء وتحسين العمليات:
- المشاركة في تحديث وتوزيع عمليات إدارة المشاريع 360° مع فرق القسم الفني وقسم العطور والجمال.
- تقديم مقترحات لتحسين العمليات بشكل مستمر.
- رسم خرائط العمليات.
- إعداد وتحديث مستند مرجعي حول مهام مديري المشاريع في قسم إدارة المشاريع.
التنسيق والمتابعة للمشاريع العابرة للأقسام:
- تحديث الجدول الزمني السنوي لإطلاق الحملات 360°.
- تنسيق جلسات الإحاطة مع فرق التسويق والاتصال.
- تنسيق تسليم المحتوى والتفاعل بين فرق الإدارة الفنية وقسم العطور والجمال في الاجتماعات الاستراتيجية (الخطة التسويقية الدولية).
- تنظيم الاجتماعات الشهرية للفريق المسؤول عن إدارة المشاريع.
- دعم فريق إدارة المشاريع في تنسيق حملات 360°.

Role Summary
Under the responsibility of the Project Management Officer, you will participate in coordinating the project management team and overseeing cross-functional and multi-axis projects. Your role will include optimizing and improving processes, as well as coordinating the various projects across departments.
Main Responsibilities:
Contribute to Building and Optimizing Processes:
- Assist in updating and deploying 360° project management processes with the teams from the Artistic Direction and Parfums Beauté Division.
- Be proactive in suggesting continuous improvements to processes.
- Map out processes.
- Write and update a reference document outlining the project managers’ mission in the Project Management department.
Coordinate and Follow-up on Cross-Department Projects:
- Update the annual deployment calendar for 360° campaigns.
- Coordinate briefing sessions with the Marketing and Communication teams of the Division.
- Coordinate the delivery of content and communication between the Artistic Direction and the Parfums Beauté Division during strategic meetings (International Marketing Plan).
- Organize monthly team meetings for the Project Management team.
- Support the Project Management team in coordinating 360° campaigns.
