Mid-Level Corporate Legal Associate – 5-7 Years Experience
Key Responsibilities:
-
Structure and execute complex M&A transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures for major Omani corporations and regional investment funds.

Lead due diligence teams on multi-million acquisitions and advise on optimal deal structures under Omani law.
-
Counsel investment funds on regulatory frameworks, MOCIIP compliance, and foreign ownership structures.
-
Navigate complex FDI regulations and structure investments to maximize foreign investor participation.
-
Advise boards of publicly listed companies on governance, disclosure obligations, and FSA regulatory matters.

Lead negotiations with counterparties on high-value transactions and coordinate with international counsel on cross-border deals.

Interface directly with C-suite executives and investment committee members of major institutional clients.
Requirements:

Law degree from a recognized university.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
