Are you an experienced and

results-driven Commercial Manager with a passion for sustainable development? Join us in shaping the future of the Yiti Sustainable City project, where you'll lead the leasing strategy, secure financing, and engage with commercial brands and investors to drive long-term growth and sustainability. This role is pivotal in making Yiti a premier business hub in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

• Create and implement leasing strategies to drive growth and tenant diversity within the project.
• Develop financial planning and forecasting strategies to support long-term success.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with international and local businesses, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Position the project as a premium destination in the commercial real estate sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, ensuring consistent financial backing for the project.
