Job Description:
The Sales Manager at CDHORIZON Middle East will be responsible for managing the leasing business of products such as excavators and AWP. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the leasing business of excavators and AWP to achieve annual business targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, improving client relationship files.
- Expanding business channels and developing potential clients in the assigned region.
- Monitoring the recovery of funds for related leasing and project engineering businesses and reducing bad receivables.
- Leading the marketing team responsible for lead generation and conversion, achieving monthly team targets.
- Developing marketing strategies to meet regional sales targets.
- Creating marketing techniques to acquire new clients and maintaining relations by assessing their needs and promoting the company’s portfolio.
- Participating in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
- Effectively managing and guiding the team to achieve departmental goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Sales strategy development, sales team leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Market analysis and business development skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- إدارة أعمال تأجير الحفارات وAWP وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التجارية السنوية.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد، وتحسين ملفات العلاقات مع العملاء.
- تطوير قنوات الأعمال وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء المحتملين في المنطقة المخصصة.
- متابعة استرداد الأموال للأعمال التجارية الخاصة بالتأجير والمشاريع الهندسية وتقليل المبالغ المستحقة.
- قيادة فريق التسويق المسؤول عن توليد وتحويل العملاء المحتملين وتحقيق أهداف الفريق الشهرية.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الإقليمية.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- مهارات في تطوير استراتيجيات المبيعات وقيادة الفرق التجارية.
- خبرة في تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
- مهارات تحليل السوق وتطوير الأعمال.
- مهارات تفاوض واتصال ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني وقيادة الفريق.
- مهارات تنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل ستكون ميزة إضافية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذو صلة.
