Job Description: Accountant - Native Tamil

Job Purpose:
- To provide support by managing daily accounting tasks.
- To help make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's accounts.
- Accountable for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.
Primary
Duties and Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and pay attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Retail outlets, department, and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way, a company can make the right decisions and achieve long-term success.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable andperform reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with the reviewing of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
- Update financial data in databases and software to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
- Perform other duties as and when needed.
Qualifications:
- B.Com Graduate (Required)
- Minimum 8years of experience as an accountant (Required)
- Tamil Speaking (Required)

المسؤوليات والواجبات الأساسية:
- يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي على دراية بمبادئ المحاسبة وقادرًا على العمل براحة مع الأرقام والانتباه إلى التفاصيل. الهدف هو المساهمة في الكفاءة العامة للأقسام التجارية، والدوائر، ومساعدة الشركة على أن تكون على دراية تامة بحالتها المالية. وبهذه الطريقة، يمكن للشركة اتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة وتحقيق النجاح على المدى الطويل.
- تسجيل المعاملات المالية من خلال تدوين المدخلات اليومية.
- تحديث الحسابات المستحقة وتوزيع الفواتير.
- تحديث الحسابات الدائنة وأداء التسويات.
- المساعدة في معالجة البيانات المالية مثلقوائم المركز المالي، وبيانات الدخل، والتقارير المالية الأخرى وفقًا للمعايير المحاسبية والقوانين المعمول بها في الشركة.
- المساعدة في مراجعة النفقات، سجلات الرواتب، وغيرها كما هو معين.
- تحديث البيانات المالية في قواعد البيانات والبرمجيات لضمان دقة المعلومات وتوافرها فور الحاجة إليها.
- إعداد وتقديم التقارير الأسبوعية أو الشهرية.
- المساعدة في التحضير لإغلاقات الشهرية والسنوية مع المحاسبين الرئيسيين.
- المساعدة في مشاريع المحاسبة الأخرى.
- أداء الواجبات الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التجارة (مطلوب)
- 8 سنوات من الخبرة كمحاسب (مطلوب)
- ناطق بالتاميل (مطلوب)
