Position Available: Customer Support Representative
The Role: As a Customer Support Representative at TWG, your main responsibility will be to ensure top-tier service delivery through a variety of communication channels. The key duties include:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries, addressing requests, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of inquiries.
- Escalating customer feedback or concerns to the appropriate departments as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality or customer care services in a call center environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in German (mother tongue level) and English (proficiency level).
- Ability to multitask efficiently while adhering to phone etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A self-starter attitude with resilience and adaptability in changing environments.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive customer experience.
