As a WAG Gymnastics Coach, you will play a vital role in developing and instructing gymnasts in the Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) program. You will be responsible for designing training programs, enhancing the skill development of gymnasts, and supporting their overall growth in gymnastics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in coaching artistic gymnastics, especially in the Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) program.
- In-depth knowledge of gymnastics training techniques, safety procedures, and competition regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with gymnasts, parents, and staff.
- Certified in gymnastics coaching or possess relevant education in physical education.
- Ability to foster a positive and supportive training environment to help gymnasts thrive.
