Job Purpose:
The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of NHC, with a focus on driving growth in the food sector through investment, divestment, and strategic partnerships. This role will oversee a portfolio of subsidiaries focused on fisheries, aquaculture, agricultural farming, production, collection, and distribution. As a visionary leader, the CEO will ensure that NHC achieves its financial and operational goals, creating sustainable value for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement NHC’s strategic direction in alignment with the Board’s objectives. Drive growth in the food sector by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities in fisheries, aquaculture, agriculture, and food distribution.
- Investment & Financial Planning: Oversee and manage investment strategies, including capital allocation, acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships. Establish financial targets and ensure the company meets its fiscal goals.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate activities across all subsidiaries, ensuring operational excellence, resource efficiency, and alignment with NHC’s core objectives. Monitor key performance metrics across all business units.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks across all divisions, implementing policies and processes to mitigate potential impacts on the company’s investments and assets.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, investors, regulatory bodies, and suppliers. Drive collaboration efforts for innovation, growth, and market expansion.
- Organizational Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing culture within the company. Lead, inspire, and develop a team of executives and employees, promoting best practices and ensuring a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Overall experience of 15 years, with at least 7 years in executive management positions, preferably in investment or financial management within the food or agricultural sector.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو المالية، أو في مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل الحصول على ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو درجة متقدمة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة، منها 7 سنوات في مناصب إدارية تنفيذية، ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة الاستثمارات أو المالية في قطاع الغذاء أو الزراعة.
