Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Identify and assess risks associated with projects and investments.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Prefer to have Master of Business Administration in Project Management.
Experience:
- 3+ years in project management or investment analysis, preferably in the gold, petroleum, or trade sectors.
Commercial Officer
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis).
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably in agriculture and gold trading.
- Knowledge of international trading platforms and the international metal exchange index.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies in line with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize profits.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners.

- إجراء دراسات الجدوى وتقديم التوصيات بشأن فرص الاستثمار المحتملة.
- تحليل العائد على الاستثمار وإدارة التقارير المالية ذات الصلة.
- تحديد وتقييم المخاطر المرتبطة بالمشاريع والاستثمارات.
- تطوير استراتيجيات للتخفيف من المخاطر بشكل فعال.
- إنشاء تقارير شاملة للإدارة حول تقدم المشروع وأداء الاستثمار.
- إنشاء علاقات والحفاظ عليها مع الموردين والشركاء لتعزيز استراتيجيات الاستثمار.
المهارات والمؤهلات:
تعليم:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو الاقتصاد، أو المالية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصل على ماجستير إدارة الأعمال في إدارة المشاريع.
خبرة:
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع أو تحليل الاستثمار، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاعات الذهب أو البترول أو التجارة.
موظف تجاري
متطلبات:
- - درجة البكالوريوس في المجالات ذات الصلة (التسويق، الاقتصاد، تحليل البيانات).
- - خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الأدوار التجارية، ويفضل في مجال الزراعة وتجارة الذهب.
- - معرفة منصات التداول الدولية ومؤشر بورصة المعادن العالمية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات التجارية بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتحديد فرص النمو.
- التفاوض على العقود مع العملاء والموردين لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الأرباح.
- راقب أنشطة المنافسين وقم بتعديل الاستراتيجيات حسب الحاجة.
- بناء العلاقات مع الشركاء الرئيسيين والحفاظ عليها.
- إعداد تقارير الأداء التجاري لعرضها على الإدارة.
