We are seeking a dedicated Operation and Maintenance Technician to join our team, focusing on the operation of RWTP

and STP plants. If you have a passion for ensuring optimal plant performance and a background in maintenance and operations, we want to hear from you!

Operation and Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants and related systems, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant Operation:
  • Operate and maintain RWTP and STP systems, including sewage treatment plants, SMS, lifting stations, and MBBR systems.
  • Oversee chemical unloading and offloading, ensuring accurate dosing rates and pH maintenance, and document records.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Check flow meters and maintain overall plant performance.
  • Perform all aspects of sampling to ensure quality control.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Conduct maintenance, repair, inspection, and servicing of STP and pumping stations, including water intakes, pipes, and chemical treatment equipment.
  • Ensure that all preventive maintenance procedures (PPMs) are executed monthly.
• System Inspection:
  • Inspect mechanical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects, and determine the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
• Compliance:
  • Follow all site instructions and management rules to ensure safe and efficient operations.
