We are currently seeking highly qualified experts to fill the following positions: Road Design Expert, Project Control Expert, and Procurement & Contracts Expert. 1. Road Design Expert
Job Purpose
The Road Design Expert will provide expert advice and technical assistance on road, drainage, and traffic-related issues while working closely with a dedicated team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide sustainable technical solutions for roads, drainage, and traffic issues.
- Review and approve designs and reports submitted by consultants.
- Prepare in-house designs for roads and drainage systems.
- Conduct in-house traffic studies and value engineering.
- Participate in discussions and meetings with consultants and other entities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution (qualifications from outside Oman must be recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Oman).
- Membership in the Oman Society of Engineers is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in road and highway designs, drainage design, and traffic engineering.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the Sultanate of Oman, preferably in a similar role.
2. Project Control Expert
Job Purpose
The Project Control Expert will provide expert advice and technical assistance in project management, working closely with engineers to ensure project performance and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Track, update, and monitor project performance.
- Set up project controls, workflows, communications, and reporting systems.
- Develop project control guidelines and plans.
- Monitor and update project schedules and perform critical path analysis.
- Analyze project status, time, and cost control, forecasting current project status against the baseline schedule.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution (qualifications from outside Oman must be recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Oman).
3. Procurement & Contracts Expert
Job Purpose
The Procurement & Contracts Expert will provide technical assistance on procurement and contracts, collaborating with engineers to ensure successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) and tender documents for design and construction contracts.
- Review and approve tender documents prepared by consultants.
- Arrange site visits and pre-bid meetings with bidders.
- Respond to bidders’ queries and prepare necessary amendments.
- Review submitted bids and recommend bidder selections.
- Provide expert advice on contractual issues, including construction claims and change orders, and assist in dispute resolution.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution (qualifications from outside Oman must be recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education of Oman).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تقديم حلول فنية مستدامة للقضايا المتعلقة بالطرق والصرف وحركة المرور.
- مراجعة واعتماد التصاميم والتقارير المقدمة من الاستشاريين.
- إعداد تصاميم داخلية للطرق وأنظمة الصرف.
- إجراء دراسات حركة المرور الداخلية وهندسة القيمة.
- المشاركة في المناقشات والاجتماعات مع الاستشاريين والجهات الأخرى.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من مؤسسة معترف بها (يجب أن تكون المؤهلات من خارج عمان معترف بها من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي في عمان).
- عضوية في جمعية المهندسين العمانية إلزامية.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في تصميم الطرق والطرق السريعة، بالإضافة إلى خبرة في تصميم الصرف وهندسة المرور.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في سلطنة عمان، ويفضل أن تكون في دور مماثل.
2. خبير التحكم في المشاريع
الغرض من الوظيفة
سيقدم خبير التحكم في المشاريع المشورة الفنية والدعم في إدارة المشاريع، ويتعاون مع المهندسين لضمان أداء المشاريع والتحكم فيها.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تتبع وتحديث ومراقبة أداء المشروع.
- إعداد أنظمة التحكم في المشروع، وتدفقات العمل، والتواصل، والتقارير.
- تطوير إرشادات التحكم في المشاريع وخططها.
- مراقبة وتحديث جداول المشروع وإجراء تحليل المسار الحرج.
- تحليل حالة المشروع، والتحكم في الوقت والتكاليف، وتوقع حالة المشروع الحالية مقارنة بالجدول الزمني الأساسي.
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من مؤسسة معترف بها (يجب أن تكون المؤهلات من خارج عمان معترف بها من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي في عمان).
3. خبير المشتريات والعقود
الغرض من الوظيفة
سيقدم خبير المشتريات والعقود المساعدة الفنية بشأن المشتريات والعقود، ويتعاون مع المهندسين لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بنجاح.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد شروط المرجعية (TOR) ومستندات العطاء للعقود التصميمية والبنائية.
- مراجعة واعتماد مستندات العطاء المعدة من قبل الاستشاريين.
- ترتيب زيارات الموقع والاجتماعات التحضيرية مع مقدمي العطاءات.
- الرد على استفسارات مقدمي العطاءات وإعداد التعديلات اللازمة.
- مراجعة العطاءات المقدمة وتقديم التوصيات بشأن اختيار مقدمي العطاءات.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية بشأن القضايا التعاقدية، بما في ذلك المطالبات البنائية وأوامر التغيير، والمساعدة في حل النزاعات.
المهارات المطلوبة
