Role Summary
We are looking for a Team Lead for our Logistics Operations to join our team and be part of our growth. If you’re a team leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you. You will lead a team of coordinators who form the essence of our logistics operations for the allocated zones, and you’ll work closely with the line manager and local cross-functional teams to achieve objective key results and ensure a seamless experience for our customers!
What’s On Your Plate?
- Monitor, control, and optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level.
- Lead supply planning and supervise rider recruitment for the allocated zones.
- Monitor and control live operations and resolution of challenges.
- Lead a team of Rider Coordinators and monitor their productivity.
- Actively listen to the voice of riders, customers, and vendors through multiple communication channels, ensuring site visit audits are conducted periodically.
- Improve the relationship and experience between riders, vendors, and customers by being the customer service champion for all internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, ensuring an action plan has been developed and executed.
- Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to the line manager along with improvement actionable items.
- Coordinate and support colleagues by working alongside cross-department and cross-functional team initiatives and priorities.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to Standard Operational Procedures, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Execute special projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Support other stakeholders when required or as requested by the line manager.
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic are a must; Urdu is a plus.
- Influencing and negotiation skills with good public speaking and presentation skills.
- People management skills: Experience managing a larger group of people.

ما هي مسؤولياتك؟
- مراقبة وتحكم وتحسين مؤشرات مستوى الخدمة الداخلية في المناطق المخصصة وعلى مستوى السائقين.
- قيادة تخطيط الإمدادات والإشراف على توظيف السائقين في المناطق المخصصة.
- مراقبة والتحكم في العمليات الحية وحل التحديات.
- قيادة فريق من منسقي السائقين ومراقبة إنتاجيتهم.
- الاستماع بنشاط إلى آراء السائقين والعملاء والموردين من خلال قنوات الاتصال المتعددة، والتأكد من إجراء تدقيقات للزيارات الميدانية بشكل دوري.
- تحسين العلاقة والتجربة بين السائقين والموردين والعملاء من خلال كونك بطل خدمة العملاء لجميع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
- الإشراف على تقليل إلغاء السائقين، وضمان وضع خطة عمل تم تطويرها وتنفيذها.
- توثيق التحديثات الأسبوعية حول جميع مؤشرات أداء العمليات اللوجستية للمدير المباشر مع عناصر تحسين قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تنسيق ودعم الزملاء من خلال العمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع المبادرات والأولويات عبر الأقسام والفرق متعددة الوظائف.
- ضمان الامتثال والالتزام بإجراءات التشغيل القياسية، وتقديم التوصيات للتحسينات.
- تنفيذ المشاريع الخاصة والامتثال للمواعيد النهائية.
- دعم أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين عند الحاجة أو بناءً على طلب المدير المباشر.

- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة الطعام / التجارة السريعة مفضلة للغاية
