Position: Contract Manager-ODC

Location: Amman, Jordan

Key Responsibilities

Responsible and accountable for the management and execution of all service aspects to ensure quality deliverables on time and within agreed costs.

Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement in the organization.

Demonstrate strong QHSE technical and practical knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or BTECH.

Minimum total relevant experience of twenty (20) years, with at least five (5) years in a managerial role in a similar Integrated Service Contract.

Proven successful experience in all aspects of project development and general management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-driven mindset, and ability to inspire and motivate others.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

المسؤولية والالتزام بإدارة وتنفيذ جميع جوانب الخدمة لضمان تسليمات ذات جودة في الوقت المحدد وضمن التكاليف المتفق عليها.

خلق وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر في المنظمة.

إظهار معرفة فنية وعملية قوية في QHSE.

المؤهلات

درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة أو BTECH.

حد أدنى من الخبرة ذات الصلة تبلغ عشرين (20) سنة، مع خمس (5) سنوات على الأقل في دور إداري في عقد خدمات متكامل مشابه.

خبرة ناجحة مثبتة في جميع جوانب تطوير المشاريع والإدارة العامة.

مهارات اتصال وشخصية قوية، عقلية مدفوعة بالذات، وقدرة على إلهام وتحفيز الآخرين.
