About the Role
The Commercial Head at FRiENDi Pay (part of Beyond ONE) is critical in driving our payment services' strategic growth and market leadership. This individual is the important link between the business and the marketplace, ensuring we understand, anticipate, and respond to market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive pressures.
By fostering robust communication and collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and partners, the Director gathers and leverages critical insights to shape and execute strategic plans that deliver innovative, timely, and cost-effective payment solutions. What You Will Do
Strategy & Growth:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
Undertake financial analysis and business case development for new initiatives and investments.
Oversee the financial performance of commercial activities, ensuring alignment with budgetary requirements and strategic goals.
Collaborate with executive management to contribute to the overarching strategic planning process.
Develop and implement merchant and user acquisition strategies.
Product & Experience:
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for enhancing product and service quality, functionality, and user experience.

Ensure compliance with Central Bank directives.
