Laboratory technician


Location: Muscat, Oman (Al Khoudh)

Position: Laboratory Technician

About Us: Bin Omaira Laboratories, a leading diagnostic laboratory in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing the highest standard of diagnostic services, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and a highly qualified team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and timely results.
Adhere to safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with MOH regulations.
Record and analyze test results, maintaining precise documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and diagnosis.
Participate in quality assurance and control programs to ensure reliability of laboratory procedures.

Requirements:


Location: Must be currently residing in Oman, preferably in Muscat.
Licensing: Must hold a valid MOH license and visa.
Examinations: Must have passed the MOH and Prometric exams.
Verification: DataFlow process must be completed.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

Salary & Benefits:


Salary: 380 OMR per month.
Working Hours:
Shift 1: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Shift 2: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Day Off: Friday

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:


إجراء الفحوصات المخبرية الروتينية والتخصصية وفقًا للبروتوكولات المعمول بها.
تشغيل وصيانة المعدات المختبرية لضمان الحصول على نتائج دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة وضمان الامتثال للوائح وزارة الصحة.
تسجيل وتحليل نتائج الاختبار، والحفاظ على توثيق دقيق.
التعاون مع المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية لدعم رعاية المرضى والتشخيص.
المشاركة في برامج ضمان الجودة والتحكم لضمان موثوقية الإجراءات المعملية.

متطلبات:


الموقع: يجب أن يكون مقيمًا حاليًا في عُمان، ويفضل في مسقط.
الترخيص: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على ترخيص وزارة الصحة وتأشيرة سارية المفعول.
الامتحانات: يجب أن يكون قد اجتاز امتحان وزارة الصحة وامتحان برومتريك.
التحقق: يجب إكمال عملية DataFlow.
الخبرة: ما لا يقل عن سنتين من الخبرة ذات الصلة في بيئة المختبر السريري.

الراتب والمزايا:


الراتب: 380 ريال عماني شهريا.
ساعات العمل:
الفترة 1: 8:00 صباحًا - 4:00 مساءً
الفترة الثانية: 3:00 مساءً - 11:00 مساءً
