CONTRACTS MANAGER
Are you a seasoned Contract Manager with a passion for continues improvement? If so, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team as a Contract Manager on one of our prestigious contracts.
1. Key Role and Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of management contracts, ensuring that all project/contract deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Manage a team of contract administrators and technical experts, providing them with leadership and guidance to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
Develop and implement a robust project management plan, including risk mitigation strategies and change management procedures.
Proactively communicate project updates to stakeholders, including the client, project sponsor, and other interested parties.
Resolve any disputes or claims that may arise during the contract.
2. Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, project management, Business management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, preferably in the road safety sector. Or Minimum of 10 years of experience in middle/senior management position in similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, financial management and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.

1. الدور الرئيسي والمسؤوليات
الإشراف على تنفيذ عقود الإدارة، والتأكد من تنفيذ جميع متطلبات المشروع/العقد في الوقت المحدد، وفي حدود الميزانية، وبمستوى عالٍ من الجودة.
إدارة فريق من مديري العقود والخبراء الفنيين، وتزويدهم بالقيادة والتوجيه لضمان عملهم بشكل فعال وكفء.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطة قوية لإدارة المشروع، بما في ذلك استراتيجيات التخفيف من المخاطر وإجراءات إدارة التغيير.
التواصل بشكل استباقي بشأن تحديثات المشروع مع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك العميل، وراعي المشروع، والأطراف المهتمة الأخرى.
حل أي نزاعات أو مطالبات قد تنشأ أثناء العقد.
2. المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة العقود، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع سلامة الطرق. أو خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في منصب إداري متوسط/كبير في دور مماثل.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
مهارات قوية في التحليل والإدارة المالية وحل المشكلات.
إن إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية أمر ضروري.
خبرة في التفاوض وإدارة العقود.
