Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Procurement Expeditor based in Muscat, Oman. The Procurement Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of purchased materials and equipment, coordinating with vendors, monitoring procurement schedules, and addressing any delays or discrepancies. They will also maintain detailed records of orders and liaise with departments to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and budget requirements. Frequent communication with vendors and project managers will be essential to the role.
Qualifications

Proficiency in procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor coordination.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to negotiate effectively and build positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using ERP systems and procurement software.
