Job Vacancy – WE'RE HIRING

Position:

Jr. Detailing

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) based on structural drawings and project requirements

• Utilize RC CAD, AutoCAD, or BIM software for rebar detailing and shop drawings

• Interpret and analyze structural and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with specifications

• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and production team for smooth execution of cutting and bending operations

• Ensure correct rebar dimensions, bend angles, and tolerances are maintained as per standards (e.g., BS 8666)

• Maintain records of production, material usage, and delivery schedules

• Assist in planning and optimizing rebar usage to minimize wastage

• Provide technical support to the site team regarding rebar installation and detailing

• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and correspondence

• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during production and site activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction site environment

• Proficiency in RC CAD, AutoCAD, or BIM software for rebar detailing

• Ability to read and interpret construction and structural drawings

• Basic computer skills including ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Attributes:

• Knowledge of international rebar detailing standards (e.g., BS 8666)

• Familiarity with production workflows in a Cut & Bend facility

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive work approach

المهام والمسؤوليات | Job Responsibilities

• إعداد جداول ثني الحديد (Bar Bending Schedules) بدقة وفق الرسومات الإنشائية ومتطلبات المشروع.

• استخدام برامج RC CAD أو AutoCAD أو BIM لتفصيل الحديد وإعداد الرسومات التنفيذية.

• تفسير وتحليل الرسومات الإنشائية والمعمارية لضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات.

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين وفريق الإنتاج لضمان تنفيذ عمليات القص والثني بسلاسة.

• التأكد من دقة أبعاد الحديد وزوايا الثني والتسامحات وفق المعايير (مثل BS 8666).

• الاحتفاظ بسجلات الإنتاج واستخدام المواد وجداول التسليم.

• المساعدة في تخطيط وتحسين استخدام الحديد لتقليل الهدر.

• تقديم الدعم الفني لفريق الموقع بخصوص تركيب الحديد والتفصيل.

• استخدام Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) للتقارير والمراسلات والوثائق.

• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة أثناء الإنتاج والعمل في الموقع.

المؤهلات والمهارات | Qualifications & Skills

• التعليم: دبلوم في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.

• الخبرة: سنة واحدة على الأقل في بيئة موقع إنشائي.

• إجادة استخدام RC CAD أو AutoCAD أو BIM لتفصيل الحديد.

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الإنشائية والمعمارية.

• مهارات حاسوبية أساسية، بما في ذلك ERP وMicrosoft Excel وWord وOutlook.

• دقة ومهارة عالية في العمل والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة.

• القدرة على العمل تحت ضغوط المواعيد النهائية وإدارة مهام متعددة.

المهارات المفضلة | Preferred Attributes

• معرفة بمعايير تفصيل الحديد الدولية (مثل BS 8666).

• الإلمام بسير العمل في مرافق القص والثني.

• مهارات حل المشكلات وروح المبادرة في العمل.
