Job Brief
We are hiring a Liebherr Mobile Crane Operator.
Nationality Required: Only Indonesia & Tunis
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years of experience operating Liebherr mobile cranes.
Job Location: Oman & KSA
Requirements and Responsibilities

Crane-operator certification (from a recognized authority) and valid driving/operator license (appropriate for heavy cranes, 100t to 450t).

Perform pre-operation inspections, daily safety checks, and basic maintenance of the crane (wire ropes, hooks, hydraulic systems, rigging gear, etc.) before each shift.

Strong understanding of lifting operations safety, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and implementation of proper control measures.

Operate mobile cranes (various types and tonnages) to lift, move, and accurately place heavy loads/materials as per project requirements.

Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, blueprints, or technical drawings; correctly calculate load weight, center of gravity, and crane capacity before lifts.

Maintain accurate records/logs of crane operations, maintenance checks, and any incidents or defects — including load details, lifting operations, and maintenance history.

Strong attention to detail, focus on safety, ability to stay calm under pressure, and good judgment to assess site conditions (ground stability, weather, load stability, etc.).

Strong knowledge of crane mechanics, rigging techniques, load calculations, crane capacities and limitations, and ability to read load-charts and lift-plans.

Excellent communication skills: able to communicate with riggers, ground crew, and supervisors using hand signals or radio, and coordinate lifts safely.

Physical fitness: able to operate heavy equipment, sometimes in tough conditions (outdoor sites, varying climates), and possibly long working hours.

الجنسية المطلوبة: إندونيسيا أو تونس فقط.

الحد الأدنى من الخبرة: 6 سنوات في تشغيل رافعات Liebherr المتنقلة.
-
مواقع العمل: عمان والمملكة العربية السعودية.
-
يجب الحصول على شهادة مشغل رافعة من جهة معترف بها ورخصة قيادة/تشغيل صالحة (مناسبة للرافعات الثقيلة من 100 طن إلى 450 طن).
المسؤوليات
-
إجراء فحوصات ما قبل التشغيل، وفحوصات السلامة اليومية، والصيانة الأساسية للرافعة (الحبال السلكية، الخطاطيف، أنظمة الهيدروليك، معدات الرفع، إلخ) قبل كل وردية.

فهم قوي لسلامة عمليات الرفع، بما في ذلك تحديد المخاطر، تقييم المخاطر، وتطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية المناسبة.
-
تشغيل رافعات متنقلة بأنواع وأحجام مختلفة لرفع وتحريك ووضع الأحمال الثقيلة بدقة وفق متطلبات المشروع.

قراءة وتفسير جداول الأحمال وخطط الرفع والمخططات الفنية؛ حساب الوزن، مركز الثقل، وسعة الرافعة قبل عمليات الرفع.

الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات الرافعة، فحوصات الصيانة، وأي حوادث أو عيوب، بما في ذلك تفاصيل الأحمال وعمليات الرفع وسجل الصيانة.

الانتباه للتفاصيل، التركيز على السلامة، القدرة على الحفاظ على الهدوء تحت الضغط، واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لتقييم ظروف الموقع (ثبات الأرض، الطقس، استقرار الحمولة، إلخ).

معرفة قوية بميكانيكا الرافعات، تقنيات الرفع، حسابات الأحمال، سعة وحدود الرافعة، والقدرة على قراءة جداول الأحمال وخطط الرفع.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتنسيق مع فرق الرفع والأرض والمشرفين باستخدام الإشارات اليدوية أو أجهزة الراديو.

اللياقة البدنية: القدرة على تشغيل المعدات الثقيلة أحيانًا في ظروف صعبة (مواقع خارجية، ظروف مناخية مختلفة) وربما ساعات عمل طويلة.
