الشروط :
. خريج (درجة الماجستير) في القانون أو ما يعادله مع خبرة 5 سنوات وخبرة لمدة سنة واحدة على الأقل في قيادة فريق.
. أو درجة البكالوريوس في القانون أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة 6 سنوات وخبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في قيادة فريق.
. لديه المعرفة بالتشريعات المحلية والدولية ومبادئ الإدارة والأدوات والعمليات.
. لديه معرفة قضايا واتجاهات صناعة الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية.

Job Purpose:
To act as the key interface with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) on behalf of OTC ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements whilst representing OTC interests at all times.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a company representative with Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), responding to TRA’s requests and representing OTC’s interests with respect to all TRA initiatives
Monitor local and international legislation and assess its relevance to OTC
Assess compliance with all regulations that may affect the business and ensure effective communication of regulatory information across the company.
Monitor license obligations and rights as they apply to OTC. Identify requirements and coordinate the information collation and submission through the appropriate channels.
Evaluate cost impact of new regulation and recommend solutions
Coordinate development of terms-of-service for new products with Planning & Technology and Operations departments.
Liaise with Planning & Operations department on operational changes that may affect regulations.
Provide expertise within the organization and ensure total adherence to local legislation and corporate procedures.
Provide advice and input on all product development and licensing opportunities in order to support the overall business development.
Identify, analyse and mitigate risks in order to ensure achievement of the company’s objectives.
Develop and maintain relations with key opinion leaders, key authorities within the industry at a country level in order to best represent the company
Keep abreast of all legislation that can affect OTC business and comply accordingly
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate(Master’s Degree) in Law or equivalent with 5 years’ experience and at least 1 year experience leading a team.
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent with 6 years’ experience and at least 2 years experience leading a team.
Telecommunication industry experience beneficial.
