الشروط :


. لديه الحد الأدنى من دبلوم التعليم العام.

. لديه ما لا يقل عن 4 سنوات من الخبرة في دور مماثل.

. لديه معرفة ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

. من المستحسن الحصول على رخصة قيادة مركبة خفيفة.

. لديه الوعي باللوائح الحكومية فيما يتعلق بمعالجة التأشيرة أو المتطلبات ذات الصلة.


Administration & Public Relations Officer



Purpose


To provide administrative support, day-to-day office activities, travel logistics, medical insurance, business support contracts process and public Relations activities. 




Operational




Maintain and control all admin contracts that comply with the company policies and procedures. 

Ensure efficiency of contracting and procurement of goods and services related to admin activities. 

Maintain all admin related bills (telephone/ internet/ leased lines/ water/ electricity) are received on time, verified and arrange for payment through the system.

Handle staff medical insurance and ensure all staff and their families have obtained their medical insurance cards.

Ensure an efficient and smooth function of travel, transport and accommodation services that comply with admin procedures & policies for staff business related trips including home passage, training, official trips bookings.

Arrange and manage SDIC incoming visitors travel and transport bookings (locally and abroad). 

Manage registration and renewal of all of the company licenses with authorities such as MOC, Municipality, ROP, banks Etc.

Support SDIC departments to follow up with authorities, banks, ministries whenever required.

Manage SDIC expatriate staff data at MOL and ROP through official websites and E-system and manage the same for renewal and cancellation.

Related Assignments


Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the line Manager.



Education & Experience


Minimum of general education diploma.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.



Key Skills & Competencies


Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English is required. 

A light vehicle driving License is desirable. 

Awareness of government regulations in terms of Visa processing or relevant requirements.
