Lead Process Engineer

Job Purpose:- 

Accountable member of the Onshore Operations Support Team, provides technical and managerial guidance to senior engineers, provides technical expertise for all process related aspects for onshore operations.

Provide expertise and fully support major and minor projects, drive the

development and implementation of operations readiness deliverables associated with engineering projects.

Ensure the process engineering teams technical work is checked and their

workload is prioritised as per operational requirements.

(Key Accountabilities)

 Provides a lead role in Onshore Operations Process support requirements and

prioritises work accordingly.

 Provide technical support for onshore operating assets. Troubleshoot major

plant upsets and/or chronic operational problems and to identify improvement

opportunities, potential problems, and remedies to existing problems.

 Ensure Process integrity of new projects, proposal and design

modifications, with application of best engineering practices.

 Have a deep understanding of the relevant company business processes for

change management, supply chain, business planning, operations planning

and maintenance management systems.

 Development and input into facility process design, perform technical reviews of

critical engineering deliverables in Pre - FEED, FEED, Engineering,

Procurement and Construction (EPC) Projects.

 Development and input into engineering Philosophies, Standards and concept

design related to process engineering.

 Development, input and review of commissioning and plant start-up procedures

 Attend Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP)

and 3D model review workshops.

 Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) attendance for critical equipment packages

 Competency & technical training input for operations and maintenance staff

 Development & update of Safety Critical Elements (SCE) and performance

standards

 Technical input and review of Operations Manuals & Standard Operating

procedure.

Internal Contacts: Onshore operations support engineers, Operations staff, Computerized

Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Team Leader, project engineers.

VI Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Job-Related Competencies Educational

▪ Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical

Engineering or equivalent.

غرض الوظيفة:- 

عضو مسؤول عن فريق دعم العمليات البرية، يقدم التوجيه الفني والإداري للمهندسين الكبار، ويوفر الخبرة الفنية لجميع جوانب العمليات المتعلقة بالعمليات البرية.

توفير الخبرة والدعم الكامل للمشاريع الكبرى والصغرى، ودفع

تطوير وتنفيذ مخرجات جاهزية العمليات المرتبطة بالمشاريع الهندسية.

تأكد من فحص العمل الفني لفرق هندسة العمليات و

يتم تحديد أولوية عبء العمل وفقًا للمتطلبات التشغيلية.

 يوفر دورًا قياديًا في متطلبات دعم عملية العمليات البرية و

يحدد أولويات العمل وفقًا لذلك.

 توفير الدعم الفني للأصول التشغيلية البرية. استكشاف الأخطاء الرئيسية وإصلاحها

اضطرابات المصنع و/أو مشاكل التشغيل المزمنة وتحديد التحسينات

الفرص، والمشاكل المحتملة، والعلاجات للمشاكل القائمة.

 ضمان سلامة عملية المشاريع الجديدة والمقترحات والتصميمات

التعديلات، مع تطبيق أفضل الممارسات الهندسية.

 لديك فهم عميق لعمليات الأعمال ذات الصلة بالشركة

إدارة التغيير، سلسلة التوريد، تخطيط الأعمال، تخطيط العمليات

وأنظمة إدارة الصيانة.

 التطوير والمساهمة في تصميم عملية المنشأة، وإجراء المراجعات الفنية

مخرجات هندسية مهمة في مرحلة ما قبل FEED، FEED، الهندسة،

مشاريع الشراء والبناء (EPC).

 التطوير والمساهمة في الفلسفات والمعايير والمفاهيم الهندسية

التصميم المتعلق بهندسة العمليات.

 تطوير وإدخال ومراجعة إجراءات التشغيل والتشغيل للمصنع

 حضور تحديد المخاطر (HAZID) ودراسة المخاطر وقابلية التشغيل (HAZOP)

وورشة عمل لمراجعة النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد.

 حضور اختبار قبول المصنع (FAT) لحزم المعدات الحرجة

 مدخلات الكفاءة والتدريب الفني لموظفي التشغيل والصيانة

 تطوير وتحديث عناصر السلامة الحرجة (SCE) والأداء
