About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the medical insurance underwriting operations with technical and commercial aspects.
Making sure that each & every inquiry is reviewed and best decision is taken as per company Underwriting policy.
• Relationship management with internal and external customers.
Close Coordinate with Third Service providers and reinsurance partners and supply local knowledge and market intelligence.
Portfolio management and making sure to achieve growth with assigned periodic targets with new business and retention.
Performance management with Team supervision skills to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Periodic review and preparation of various internal and regulatory reports.
About You
Omani national with minimum three years' experience in medical insurance underwriting/operations
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Qualification, Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree
Minimum three years work experience in the field of insurance, especially in health insurance.
Experience with reputed Insurance Companies will be given preference.
• Extensive experience in MS Office, especially excel.
