As the Strategic Manager you will be responsible forfor managing strategic sales projects to achieve long-term success which lead to achieve the department KPIs &Target, developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs, generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.


Core Responsibilities

You will be resposible of the following:


Achieve agreed financial targets by maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned Strategic/Key Accounts.

Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel related to projects assigned (Internally & Externally)

Deliver the agreed KPIs for all projects assigned.

Achieve Mobile, Fixed, IoT, ICT and Cloud AOP Revenue 

Plan and compile input for the activity plans and develop the Company’s existing offer and solutions portfolio. - Improve the Company’s pipeline.

Prepare and update quarterly Reach Activity Plans. 

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholder

Builds strategic relationships with major customers, Partner and Internal Stakeholders

Drives alignment within the whole organization is a central, pivotal point of activity - Delivers value to customers through leading Value added Projects.

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in relevant customer accounts. 

Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet department performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives

Proactively leads a joint company-strategic Projects planning

process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customers’ needs on an ongoing basis. - Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties’ vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


You should have a minimum of  6 years’ experience in a Sales, customer project management background in corporate Sector and environment at least 3 of which should be in a supervisory role

Telecom degree with sales experience

Thorough knowledge of diverse Sales Methodologies & Selling Cycle

Extensive IT experience in selling IC, cloud and managed services

Experienced in managing telecom and system integrators accounts

Omani and International sales and account management experience within ports, oil & gas, defense, logistics, transportation, manufacturing

Experienced in responding to customer RFI/RFPs

Proven ability to maximize sales opportunities by maintaining key professional relationships across all levels.

Epert commercial and technical knowledge within cloud and OEMs certifications (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Cisco Certified Network Associate, SAP, IBM, HP, Citrix)

Experience from Telco or IT Services is desirable, 3 years specific commercial B2B experience within IoT, ICT, M2M is preferred.

Good financial background and ability of developing forecasts and business cases MS Office proficiency, with good presentation, analysis and concept developing skills

Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
