As part of the Global Graphics Technology team, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class label printing facilities to streamline artwork processing from design through print production. You will help implement and support industry leading solutions built on graphics technologies from Esko, Adobe and others across the EMEA region. This entry level role provides significant learning and growth opportunity.
Responsibilities
Delivery: Implement Esko and other solutions to minimize operator input, reduce errors and improve throughput in processing artwork for print. Support related servers and system configurations with installation, patches, upgrades, and new release management.
Support: Helpdesk support to ensure graphics systems uptime at user and system level.
Travel: Travel onsite as needed to complete assigned projects. Travel expectations include roughly four weeks per year as approved by direct supervisor, and as required.
Compliance: Maintain and support IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
