Job Positions
Visiting Professor
Positions are open at five distinct ranks: Postdoctoral Fellow, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Full Professor, and Chair Professor.
Responsibilities And Duties
Applicants will have extensive teaching experience, have published high-quality papers in their area of expertise, have been successful in obtaining research grants, and have substantial experience in the supervision of research students. The successful candidate, in addition to teaching typically two modules/courses per year (i.e., one per semester), will provide leadership in curriculum development and enhancing our research profile at the international level. They are expected to assume administrative responsibilities based on their experience.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications/Experiences
- A PhD in a closely aligned area and PG Cert HE or equivalent;
- Ideally, a few years of teaching/research experience at a university or equivalent after the completion of the PhD degree;
- PhD supervision capacity;
- Strong publications record in an area of expertise;
- Evidence of success in obtaining research grants;
- Fluency in English.
Desirable Qualifications And Experience
- Professional memberships such as BCS, IET, ACM, IEE, and HEA;

Compensation Package
Range of Annual Base Pay:
- Lecturer: 280k-320k RMB
- Assistant Professor: 360k-400k RMB
- Associate Professor: 450k-490k RMB
- Senior Associate Professor: 540k-580k RMB
- Professor: Above 620k RMB, negotiable
Members of Academic Staff are entitled to subsidies for accommodation, travel, children’s education, medical insurance, and a one-time relocation allowance. Overseas staff may receive a tax “holiday,” depending on nationality and personal circumstances.

تتوفر وظائف على خمسة رتب متميزة: زميل ما بعد الدكتوراه، أستاذ مساعد، أستاذ مشارك، أستاذ كامل، وأستاذ كرسي.
المسؤوليات والواجبات
يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدمين خبرة تدريسية واسعة، وأن يكونوا قد نشروا أوراقًا عالية الجودة في مجال تخصصهم، وأن يكونوا ناجحين في الحصول على منح بحثية، ولديهم خبرة كبيرة في الإشراف على طلاب البحث. المرشح الناجح، بالإضافة إلى تدريس عادةً مادتين/دورتين في السنة (أي واحدة لكل فصل دراسي)، سيقدم القيادة في تطوير المناهج وتعزيز ملفنا البحثي على المستوى الدولي. من المتوقع أن يتحملوا المسؤوليات الإدارية بناءً على خبرتهم.

المؤهلات/الخبرات الأساسية
- درجة الدكتوراه في مجال ذي صلة وشهادة PG Cert HE أو ما يعادلها؛
- من المثالي أن تكون لديك بضع سنوات من الخبرة في التدريس/البحث في جامعة أو ما يعادلها بعد الحصول على درجة الدكتوراه؛
- القدرة على الإشراف على طلاب الدكتوراه؛
- سجل نشر قوي في مجال التخصص؛
- دليل على النجاح في الحصول على منح بحثية؛
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.
المؤهلات والخبرة المرغوبة
- عضويات مهنية مثل BCS، IET، ACM، IEE وHEA؛

- أستاذ: فوق 620k RMB، قابل للتفاوض
يحق لأعضاء هيئة التدريس الحصول على إعانات للسكن والسفر وتعليم الأطفال والتأمين الطبي، ويتم تقديم بدل انتقال لمرة واحدة. قد يتلقى الموظفون الأجانب "إجازة ضريبية"، اعتمادًا على الجنسية والظروف الشخصية.
