Educational Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role in an Engineering / Finance / Operations department in aviation (mandatory).

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or finance or accounting or related field. Postgraduate degree/ accreditation such as MBA / CPA preferred.

- Proficiency in finance and accounting principles.

- Strong ethical conduct with dedication to maintaining ethical standards across all corporate matters and adhering to the aviation industry laws and Code of Conduct.

- Demonstrated outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Skills/Knowledge

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess supplier capabilities, evaluate proposals, and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

- Proven track record in developing financial and economic models on excel.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Excellent managerial skills.

- Highly organized and adaptable to manage various tasks and maintain dynamic work environment.

Job Description

1. Provide overall strategic direction and guidance for the Fleet Management and Maintenance team. 

2. Oversee and review the preparation of the request for quotation (“the RFQ”) document which is comprehensive to cover all terms and conditions as per maintenance activity outsourcing requirement of the Company.

3. Review and analyze the technical offers received from MROs and lead the negotiation for the most competitive offer.

4. Monitor the progress and performance of contracts, including the completion of condition precedent and condition subsequent, and taking necessary actions to ensure timely execution.

5. Ensure that contracts, LOIs, MoUs, and Term Sheets are framed in an acceptable manner to meet the technical, financial, insurance, and legal requirements of both parties and drive the contract till final execution in timely manner as per process and policy of the Company.

6. Establish and maintain a systematic process for documentation and retrieval of contract-related information.

7. Prepare and provide regular updates and reports to Aircraft Asset Management and Maintenance Function Head and senior management on the progress, performance, and key metrics of the fleet management and maintenance activities.

8. Prioritize and manage multiple contracts simultaneously, addressing any concerns or issues that may delay contract closure, and providing guidance to the junior employee on resolving such issues.

9. Reviewing and finalizing contract summaries and obtaining signatures of stakeholders for contract finalization and execution.

10. Collaborate with Fleet Contracts Management team and other internal stakeholders, such as Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and coordination in fleet management and maintenance processes.

11. Ensure the staff’s Business Ethics and Core Values are implemented and followed correctly.

12. Conduct and monitor the performance of the staff and provide the necessary feedback and guidance for improvements.

13. Maintain effective communication channels with fleet management and maintenance staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment (regular team meetings, addressing concerns, etc.)

14. Identify and evaluate potential new maintenance service providers and conducting due diligence to assess their capabilities, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

15. Lead or participate in cross-functional teams or projects related to fleet management and maintenance optimization, cost reduction initiatives, or process improvement efforts.

16. Other duties and tasks that may be assigned by management.

الشروط :


لديه أكثر من 8 سنوات من الخبرة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور إداري في قسم الهندسة / المالية / العمليات في مجال الطيران (إلزامي).

لديه بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو المالية أو المحاسبة أو المجال ذي الصلة. يفضل الحصول على درجة الدراسات العليا/الاعتماد مثل ماجستير إدارة الأعمال/CPA.

لديه الكفاءة في مبادئ التمويل والمحاسبة.

يتمتع بسلوك أخلاقي قوي مع التفاني في الحفاظ على المعايير الأخلاقية في جميع مسائل الشركات والالتزام بقوانين صناعة الطيران ومدونة قواعد السلوك.

إظهار قدرات تنظيمية وقيادية متميزة.

لديه مهارات قوية في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
