About the job
Instructional Designer
As the Instructional Designer you will report to the Head of Instructional Design. You will work with various stakeholders to: analyze, design, develop and evaluate material in multiple modalities, following an instructional design process. Providing our client’s audiences with the knowledge and skills required to enable them to achieve results.
The Instructional Designer will use strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to bring together their experience, instructional methodologies, learning and development best practise to design best in class enablement solutions.
*Initial 1 year contract, based remotely within EMEA - multiple openings*
Collaborate with the Head of Instructional Design, Project Managers, and SMEs to:
Fully scope and size instructional projects.
Create detailed course design documents including key activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
Maintain high standards for instructional design services and professional development opportunities.
Flag requirements including creation, and updating of existing material.
Implement the course design documents as scoped.
Support content development and technical writing.
Ensure that the content developed meets the requirements and achieves the goals and learning objectives.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Help identify risks and mitigation opportunities that occur during the development.
Review and evaluate solutions developed to ensure that they meet the quality standards required (Brand, style, instruction etc.).
To gather and implement feedback on implemented learning solution.
Skills, Education & Experience:
3+ years of experience as an instructional designer in a corporate learning and development environment.
1+ years of experience coaching others - desirable.
Bachelor or Master's degree with a concentration in instructional design or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to translate a deep understanding of adult learning theory, design principles, and learning technology, into practical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with subject matter experts.
Experience in the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions, with a mix of formal and informal elements.
Demonstrated ability to work on your own and as a member of a collaborative team.
Ability to follow through and deliver results.
Demonstrated skill in needs assessment, and front-end analysis.
Technical writing experience - desired.
QA (Deliver final content with a low error count).
Experience using instructional technology, including learning management systems, video conferencing software, collaborative social networking tools, presentation software, authoring tools, Web 2.0 tools, and video editing software
Experience using Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Work and Excel.
Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience of design and development tools is essential, such as: Articulate Storyline 2 / 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects, Framemaker.

سيستخدم المصمم التعليمي مهارات الاتصال الشخصية والمكتوبة والمرئية القوية للجمع بين خبراتهم ومنهجياتهم التعليمية وأفضل ممارسات التعلم والتطوير لتصميم حلول التمكين الأفضل في فئتها.

درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير مع التركيز على التصميم التعليمي أو خبرة معادلة.
قدرة مثبتة على ترجمة الفهم العميق لنظرية تعلم الكبار ومبادئ التصميم وتكنولوجيا التعلم إلى حلول عملية.
- أظهرت القدرة على العمل بنجاح مع خبراء الموضوع.
خبرة في تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ حلول التعلم، مع مزيج من العناصر الرسمية وغير الرسمية.
