ABOUT THE SELECTION TEAM
The Selection team is responsible for carefully selecting at scale Africa’s next generation of tech leaders who will lead, innovate, and introduce the world to the future. We are accountable for:
Improving the ALX selection process based on business intelligence and direction
Delivering the ALX selection process for all our learning programmes
Working closely with corporate training partners to identify which of their talent would benefit or qualify for tech training.
Providing key business stakeholders with daily, up to date selection analytics, trends and insights.
We create, build, deliver, track and , analyse and evolve the selection processes for millions of applicants and learners, and are responsible for meeting the organisation’s enrolment targets.
We are also responsible for providing deep insights and accurate predictions to our key internal stakeholders through customers insights and trend reports, automated systems and algorithms that further help us improve our selection process and business decisions at scale.
