Property Consultant
About the job
Hamptons International & Partners – Oman are looking for talented property consultant to join our successful sales team.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients buy and sell properties.
Use your knowledge of the real estate market to guide them through the entire process, from the first meeting to closing the deal.
Meet with clients to understand their needs, find suitable properties, show them around, and help with negotiations and paperwork.
Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years real estate experience in Oman (Developer of brokerage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the local market.
Driving license/car.
English of Arabic speaker, other languages are advantage.
