About the job
Beagle Talent have partnered with a leading GenAI company, who are embarking on a significant period of expansion, to recruit a number of strategic hires. We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer for Generative AI, to spearhead a technical team dedicated to pioneering developments in the field of AI-driven advertising.
You will be responsible for technical leadership and project management, guiding the team through the development and integration of AI pipelines across various domains to create a unified ad generation platform. You will also be tasked with developing novel algorithms for ad generation and ensuring the integration and optimisation of AI systems.
We are keen to speak with engineers who have a track record in mixed algorithms/ML development fields, with a strong emphasis on LLM implementations for context-aware interactions and content generation.
You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects within tight deadlines
