Commission Sales Associate

Al Farooq is an auditing and consulting firm based in Muscat, Oman. Our core activities include tax consultation, accounting, auditing, and preparation of Financial Accounts. We provide comprehensive business consultancy services in various fields to help organizations excel in the competitive market. Our services include audit and assurance, tax consulting, finance and accountancy, and incorporation and investment.

 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Muscat. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for selling our services and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Commission Sales Associate will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely sales reports and attending sales meetings.

 Qualifications

 

Proven experience in sales or a similar role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good knowledge of accounting and auditing principles

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
