Business Development Executive
Company Description
Al Tasnim Enterprises LLC is a 100% Omani-owned construction company with over 40 years of experience. The company has earned a strong reputation in Oman's construction industry and is known for its quality services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Executive - Oil & Gas Sector. based in Muscat. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication to drive business growth and enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Account management experience
Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
Self-motivated and target-driven
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Oil & Gas sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and client prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Driving License is mandatory.
Proven experience (minimum 5-8 years) in sales or business development roles within the Oil & Gas industry especially the candidate should have the experience of supplying to PDO in their last profile.
Strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas processes, equipment, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the local Oman market and industry regulations is preferred.

هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع كمدير تنفيذي لتطوير الأعمال - قطاع النفط والغاز. مقرها في مسقط. سيكون المدير التنفيذي لتطوير الأعمال مسؤولاً عن تطوير الأعمال الجديدة وتوليد العملاء المحتملين وإدارة الحسابات والتواصل الفعال لدفع نمو الأعمال وتعزيز العلاقات مع العملاء.

رخصة القيادة إلزامية.
خبرة مثبتة (لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات) في أدوار المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال في صناعة النفط والغاز، ويجب أن يتمتع المرشح بشكل خاص بخبرة التوريد لشركة تنمية نفط عمان في ملفه الشخصي الأخير.
معرفة فنية قوية بعمليات النفط والغاز والمعدات والخدمات.
مهارات ممتازة في الاتصال والتفاوض والعرض.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
يفضل الإلمام بالسوق العماني المحلي ولوائح الصناعة.
