 AOTC is seeking an experienced and dynamic E&I Department Head to lead our Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) department. The E&I Department Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical and instrumentation engineering ensuring the successful execution of projects from commencement to completion. The successful candidate will provide leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction to drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence within the E&I department.

Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title : QAQC Manager

Department : QAQC

Reports to : General Manager

Location : Sultanate of Oman

Liaises with : Divisional Manager, Sales Team, Supply Chain, Technical team,Customers, etc.

 We (AOTC) are seeking a skilled and experienced QAQC Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities. The QAQC Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing and repair & maintenance processes adhere to specified codes, standards, and technical delivery conditions, including API, ISO, and other relevant regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team of QAQC engineers to maintain and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and API standards.

 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering 

Experience:

· Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control roles within the oil and gas 

 industry, with at least 6 years in a leadership or managerial capacity in Gulf countries.

· In-depth knowledge of international standards and regulations applicable to the oilfield industry, including API, 

 EN, and ISO.

· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.

Estimation & Proposal Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Review project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to understand project scope, requirements, 

 and deliverables.

· Analyze project requirements and develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, equipment, 

 subcontractors, overheads, and other relevant expenses.

· Utilize cost estimation software, databases, and historical data to ensure accuracy and consistency in estimating 

 methodologies.

· Collaborate with sales, technical, and procurement teams to gather necessary information and inputs for proposal 

 development.

· Prepare professional and persuasive proposals, including technical descriptions, scope of work, schedules, pricing, 

 terms and conditions, and other relevant documentation.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quotes for outsourced 

 products and services.

· Participate in bid review meetings and discussions with management to finalize proposal strategies, pricing models, 

 and commercial terms.

 نحن (AOTC) نبحث عن مدير مراقبة الجودة والجودة (QAQC) ماهر وذوي خبرة للإشراف على أنشطة ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لدينا. سيكون مدير مراقبة الجودة والجودة مسؤولاً عن ضمان التزام جميع عمليات التصنيع والإصلاح والصيانة بالقوانين والمعايير وشروط التسليم الفنية المحددة، بما في ذلك API وISO واللوائح الأخرى ذات الصلة. سيقود المرشح الناجح فريقًا من مهندسي QAQC لصيانة نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) وتحسينه باستمرار، مما يضمن الامتثال لمعايير ISO 9001:2015 وAPI.

مهندس تقدير ومقترحات

الواجبات والمسؤوليات:

· مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والرسومات والمستندات الفنية الأخرى لفهم نطاق المشروع ومتطلباته 

 والتسليمات.

· تحليل متطلبات المشروع ووضع تقديرات مفصلة للتكلفة، بما في ذلك المواد والعمالة والمعدات، 

 المقاولين من الباطن والنفقات العامة والنفقات الأخرى ذات الصلة.

· استخدام برامج تقدير التكلفة وقواعد البيانات والبيانات التاريخية لضمان الدقة والاتساق في التقدير 

 المنهجيات.

· التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتقنية والمشتريات لجمع المعلومات والمدخلات اللازمة للاقتراح 

 تطوير.

· إعداد مقترحات احترافية ومقنعة، بما في ذلك الأوصاف الفنية ونطاق العمل والجداول الزمنية والتسعير، 

 الشروط والأحكام والوثائق الأخرى ذات الصلة.
