Adjunct Instructor in Psychology
Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences
Job Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Psychology from a reputable institution.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of teaching experience in Higher Education, with proven expertise in teaching Psychology and related courses.
- Strong research potential, with a commitment to contribute to the University’s research priority areas.
Successful candidates are expected to teach at the undergraduate level, establishing clear objectives for learning activities, assessing student performance, and providing academic support through office hours and tutoring. Candidates should be ready to contribute to course development and engage actively in service to the college and university.
Qualifications and Skills

- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- درجة الماجستير في علم النفس من مؤسسة مرموقة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
- خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن ثلاث (3) إلى خمس (5) سنوات في التعليم العالي، مع خبرة مثبتة في تدريس علم النفس والدورات ذات الصلة.
- إمكانات بحث قوية، مع التزام بالمساهمة في المجالات البحثية ذات الأولوية في الجامعة.
يتوقع من المرشحين الناجحين تدريس مقررات على مستوى البكالوريوس، مع وضع أهداف واضحة للأنشطة التعليمية، وتقييم أداء الطلاب، وتقديم الدعم الأكاديمي من خلال ساعات العمل والإرشاد. ينبغي للمرشحين أن يكونوا مستعدين للمساهمة في تطوير المناهج والمشاركة الفعّالة في خدمة الكلية والجامعة.
