CAR SALES EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• Proactively engage with prospective customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and demonstrate the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Conduct test drives and effectively communicate the value proposition of our automotive offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, follow-up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position
our products in the market. • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase
follow-up.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills..
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of automotive financing options and the ability to explain them to customers is a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Minimum 5 Years experience is required in the same role.

• مهارات تفاوض وإغلاق قوية..
• القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة ديناميكية سريعة الخطى.
تعد المعرفة بخيارات تمويل السيارات والقدرة على شرحها للعملاء ميزة إضافية.
رخصة قيادة سارية وسجل قيادة نظيف.
يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس الدور.

Workshop Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support to optimize
performance and productivity.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and procurement of workshop consumables and supplies to support efficient workflow. Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of service and craftsmanship.
• Liaise with front office to address inquiries, provide updates on service progress, and ensure satisfaction with the
completed work. • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
initiatives.
• Liaise with training department to address all technical training requirements are fulfilled and achieved.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in workshop management software and MS Office applications.
• Minimum 5 Years experience is required in the same role.

• مواكبة اتجاهات الصناعة والتقدم التكنولوجي وأفضل الممارسات لدفع التحسين المستمر
المبادرات.
• الاتصال بقسم التدريب لتلبية كافة متطلبات التدريب الفني وتحقيقها.
مؤهلات:
• خبرة مثبتة كمدير ورشة عمل أو دور مماثل في صناعة السيارات.
• معرفة واسعة بأنظمة السيارات والتشخيص وتقنيات الإصلاح. مهارات قيادية وإدارية قوية مع القدرة على تحفيز وإلهام الفريق.
• اتصالات ممتازة وقدرات التعامل مع الآخرين، مع اتباع نهج يركز على العملاء.
فهم قوي للوائح السلامة ومتطلبات الامتثال. الكفاءة في برامج إدارة ورش العمل وتطبيقات MS Office.
• الحد الأدنى من الخبرة 5 سنوات مطلوب في نفس الدور.
