The role encompasses of responsibilities for designing, developing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, applications, and services, which includes an application centric Redhat cloud environment, by collaborating with other IT and operations teams to deliver environments in an agile, consistent, repeatable and rapid manner.Individual will play a central role by enabling continuous integration and continuous delivery functions for development teams supporting DecSecOps & Gitops frameworks.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Lead the discovery, design and direction for infrastructure technology across multiple clouds, on-premise data centers and edge site locations.
Drive strategic selection of infrastructure platforms supporting current and future business needs to ensure a global and holistic approach.
Interfaces with vendors to ensure standard cloud architectures are adhered to and implemented for projects.
Ensures alignment of infrastructure and application solution design to the overall architecture for Enterprise applications and compliance with defined technology standards, policies, processes, and best industry practices.
Definition and conceptualisation of standards in Continuous Integration, Deployment (CI/CD) and Gitops pipelines, tools, implementation processes and environments (public/private cloud and internal datacentre) to support agile & core IT organisations.
Cross-vendor and cross-domain alignment of strategic deployment concepts and architectures. .
Implementing Environment solutions for projects in a dynamic environment.
Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery, and support.
Delivering and Maintaining Environment Management Plans, Bookings, Access Details and Schedules for Projects.

This role will be in charge of assisting the Legal department in reviewing contracts with a focus on commercial and labour laws. The role holder will further respond to the various legal questions and provide legal, compliance and regulatory advice when required.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Develop, assess and negotiate contracts on non-disclosure, consultancy services, terms and conditions and commercial documents.
Ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies and goals.
Work with the Legal Director and the Managers in the Legal Department in expediting and reviewing contracts from all relevant parties.
Assist with managing litigation including assisting external parties appointed to manage litigation.
Manage legal team official communications with various entities and bodies when required.
Assist in representing the company before courts or relevant Public Bodies when necessary.

المسئوليات الرئيسية وملكية القرار:
تطوير وتقييم والتفاوض على العقود المتعلقة بعدم الإفصاح وخدمات الاستشارات والشروط والأحكام والوثائق التجارية.
ضمان اتساق شروط العقد مع سياسات الشركة وأهدافها.
العمل مع المدير القانوني والمديرين في الإدارة القانونية في تسريع ومراجعة العقود من جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة.
المساعدة في إدارة الدعاوى القضائية بما في ذلك مساعدة الأطراف الخارجية المعينة لإدارة الدعاوى القضائية.
إدارة الاتصالات الرسمية للفريق القانوني مع مختلف الجهات والهيئات عند الحاجة.
المساعدة في تمثيل الشركة أمام المحاكم أو الهيئات العامة ذات الصلة عند الضرورة.
