We are currently looking for Omani Nationals for the role as IT Support - Operations in Muscat. The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support Field
Participation in hardware/software rollout.
Offering support to install, update, modify, or fix required hardware issues.
Guiding users in rectifying the required hardware and software queries.
Facilitating the proper installment of hardware upgrades and associated activities.
Supporting the Operations in IT Related Issues.
Skills
Capable of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing (at the component level) any of the personal computers in the assets inventory.
Proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing various components in the computing inventory.
Proven record of exhibiting excellent image deployment tasks at an enterprise level.
Adept in attending to remotely installing, upgrading, and repairing requests of individual computer parts.

مهارات
