IPA Developer
Job Summary
As a senior IPA developer, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various business stakeholders, business analyst, technical team and will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining UiPath automation solutions for our clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, managing project timelines, and ensuring the quality of RPA systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement UiPath workflows, using UiPath Studio and other tools.
Troubleshoot and debug UiPath workflows to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting client expectations.
Develop custom activities and reusable components for UiPath workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other developers and team members to develop and integrate UiPath solutions with other systems and applications.
Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Stay current with UiPath technology advancements and provide recommendations for improvements to clients and internal teams.
Participate in training to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Work with clients and senior developers to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system.
Assist clients and Project Manager in the construction of Business Cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.
Ensure that all project documents are maintained, and knowledge is transferred to clients throughout the engagement.
Lead, mentor and motivate your project teams in the execution of day-to-day tasks and in the development of their RPA skills and abilities.
Support your Project Managers in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the line manager.
