Senior Devops Engineer
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to develop your career as a DevOps engineer during an exciting period of hypergrowth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that will enable Time Doctor to scale and remain the market leader. All of this will be achieved through your ability to both deliver and collaborate with a team of talented engineers and product managers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern tech stack on a product that has traction with significant growth opportunities. This is a full-time position, reporting to CTO.
Your Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management (GCP): Manage and optimize Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Handle continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and Cloud Build.
Database Management: Maintain and monitor MongoDB, Redis, and PostgreSQL databases.
Monitoring and Logging: Implement and manage monitoring and logging systems.
Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts.
Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to and troubleshoot incidents efficiently.
Capacity Planning and Optimization: Plan and optimize system capacity.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all processes.
On-Call Availability: Be available on-call for emergency support and incident response.
Growth Product Manager
About The Role:
As the Product Manager of the Activation team at Time Doctor, you will be a key player in driving growth initiatives within the product realm. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize account conversion from Trial to paid customer. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management and a passion for driving growth through innovative product strategies that meet both users’ needs and business objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Product-Led Strategy:
Work closely with GTM teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales and customer success) to develop and implement product-led strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities within the product to enhance trial to paid customer activation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless execution of product-led sales strategies.
Align with Marketing and Sales teams to synchronize lead progression from Marketing to Activation to Sales.
Roadmap management:
Develop and maintain a clear and prioritized product and experimentation roadmap aligned with the overall product strategy.
Communicate the roadmap to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
Metrics and KPIs:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product-led initiatives in the activation space such as PQLs or trial-to-paid conversion rate.
Accountable for KPIs and performance targets. Work towards those through product improvements, continuous monitoring and optimization of metrics.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on driving B2B conversion initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully implementing product strategies that contribute to activation and conversion.
Strong analytical skills, communication and collaboration skills.
Integration Engineer
About the Role:

All of this will be achieved through your ability to both deliver and collaborate with a team of talented engineers and product managers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern tech stack on a product that has traction with significant growth opportunities. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Senior Integrations Engineer.
Your Responsibilities:
Create elegant and well-tested code that’s easy to maintain and ensures high performance at scale
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation, and problem resolution
Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality
Continually learn and research engineering trends to ensure that we’re always using the most appropriate technology available
Skills & Experience:
At least 3 years of professional back-end experience, ideally working on Node.js applications at scale.
Hands-on experience with Distributed Architecture, building RESTful services, XML/JSON, and modern Application Servers.
Knowledge of API design, including versioning, isolation and micro-services.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL database management systems, preferably MongoDB.
Experience with test-driven development and continuous delivery, ideally in a product-focused SaaS environment.
Experience working with GCP Cloud, most common service we use on daily basis are BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Run Jobs, PUBSUB, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Load Balancing, etc.
Creative thinker with a natural interest in finding solutions to new problems.
DevOps and Infrastructure as code experience is a plus.
