Job purpose
Leads, and coordinates, the Maintenance Works and the designated team for the Rotating department across OQ8 sites and all related operations under Manager Maintenance Rotary (MRM) scope as, as Technical Service provider of maintenance and execution of minor projects, modifications in accordance with the technical standards set by TSD to maintain the assets through the 1) Design Maintenance rotating services on planned / unplanned maintenance works utilizing best practice. 2) Coordination and supervision of assets, products, and maintenance work in the designated area 3) implementation plans and coordinate maintenance works, 4) and supervise the designated team and external contractors staff & external contractors in performing rotating services on planned / un-planned maintenance (CM, PM & TA) activities; in order to ensure plant equipment availability, reliability & optimization and facilitating smooth operations of the plant to meet operational targets.
Head of Security, Fire Services & Emergency
Job purpose
Oversight for the security, fire services, and emergency response departments within the HSSE function at OQ8, under VP HSSE scope, acting as owner of Security, Fire Services & Emergency standards for the development and implementation of comprehensive security and safety programs to protect personnel, assets, and the environment, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices by: (1) Manages the team for the Emergency/Crises, Control Centers and Firefighting & Rescue Services, that will execute the firefighting services strategies including the emergency Response and protection services across OQ8 sites, (2) Manage the Security team for the safekeeping of plants & people, (3) Coordinates and delivers training/readiness plana related with Security, Fire Services & Emergency in accordance with corporate standards, contingency plans and regulatory requirements, (4) Uphold a fire crew’s relationship with government entities at the local, state, and national levels to lobby for grants and relevant legislation changes, (5)Create, implement, and oversee Fire department programs for firefighters and the public, life safety programs for firefighters, and administrative programs that benefit the department; in order to ensure the safety and security of OQ8 facilities, employees, and surrounding communities.

Predictive Maintenance
Attends daily meetings & communicates with Operation, TSD, Planning, HSE, and other departments for coordination of agreed maintenance request.
Approved & implement solutions to maintenance process & activities ensuring the risk of failures are fully detected, understood, and mitigated.
Analyse reliability diagnostic reports & recommend changes to site-wide maintenance strategies/programs to drive continuous improvement.
Ensuring the sustainability of reliability process, such as Bad Actors, Root Cause Failure Analysis, FMEA, MTBF, etc.
Act as maintenance interface with engineering services to provide input on new capital projects.
Support to maintenance contract and shutdown related jobs
Works closely with maintenance team ensuring uninterrupted plant operations in a reliable, cost-effective manner.
Review, comment, and approved maintenance processes, procedures, services, inspection frequencies/applicability of equipment.

الغرض الوظيفي
يقود وينسق أعمال الصيانة والفريق المعين للقسم المتناوب عبر مواقع OQ8 وجميع العمليات ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق مدير الصيانة الدوارة (MRM)، كمزود الخدمة الفنية لصيانة وتنفيذ المشاريع الصغيرة، والتعديلات وفقًا لـ المعايير الفنية التي وضعتها TSD للحفاظ على الأصول من خلال 1) خدمات الصيانة الدورية للتصميم على أعمال الصيانة المخططة / غير المخطط لها باستخدام أفضل الممارسات. 2) التنسيق والإشراف على الأصول والمنتجات وأعمال الصيانة في المنطقة المخصصة 3) خطط التنفيذ وتنسيق أعمال الصيانة، 4) والإشراف على الفريق المعين وموظفي المقاولين الخارجيين والمقاولين الخارجيين في أداء الخدمات الدورية المخططة / غير المخططة أنشطة الصيانة (CM، PM & TA)؛ من أجل ضمان توافر معدات المصنع وموثوقيتها وتحسينها وتسهيل العمليات السلسة للمصنع لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
رئيس الأمن وخدمات الإطفاء والطوارئ
الغرض الوظيفي
الإشراف على أقسام الأمن وخدمات الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ ضمن وظيفة HSSE في OQ8، تحت نطاق VP HSSE، بصفته مالك معايير الأمن وخدمات الإطفاء والطوارئ لتطوير وتنفيذ برامج الأمن والسلامة الشاملة لحماية الموظفين، الأصول والبيئة، مع ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة من خلال: (1) إدارة فريق الطوارئ / الأزمات ومراكز التحكم وخدمات مكافحة الحرائق والإنقاذ، التي ستنفذ استراتيجيات خدمات مكافحة الحرائق بما في ذلك الاستجابة للطوارئ و خدمات الحماية عبر مواقع OQ8، (2) إدارة فريق الأمن لحفظ النباتات والأشخاص، (3) تنسيق وتقديم خطة التدريب/الاستعداد المتعلقة بالأمن وخدمات الإطفاء والطوارئ وفقًا لمعايير الشركة وخطط الطوارئ والمتطلبات التنظيمية ، (4) دعم علاقة طاقم الإطفاء مع الكيانات الحكومية على المستوى المحلي ومستوى الولاية والمستوى الوطني للضغط من أجل المنح وتغييرات التشريعات ذات الصلة، (5) إنشاء برامج إدارة الإطفاء وتنفيذها والإشراف عليها لرجال الإطفاء والجمهور وسلامة الحياة برامج رجال الإطفاء، والبرامج الإدارية التي تعود بالنفع على القسم؛ من أجل ضمان سلامة وأمن مرافق OQ8 وموظفيها والمجتمعات المحيطة بها.

يحضر الاجتماعات اليومية ويتواصل مع العمليات و TSD والتخطيط والصحة والسلامة والبيئة والإدارات الأخرى لتنسيق طلب الصيانة المتفق عليه.
تمت الموافقة على الحلول المعتمدة وتنفيذها لعمليات وأنشطة الصيانة لضمان الكشف الكامل عن مخاطر الأعطال وفهمها والتخفيف منها.
تحليل تقارير تشخيص الموثوقية والتوصية بالتغييرات على استراتيجيات / برامج الصيانة على مستوى الموقع لدفع التحسين المستمر.
ضمان استدامة عملية الموثوقية، مثل الجهات الفاعلة السيئة، وتحليل السبب الجذري للفشل، وFMEA، وMTBF، وما إلى ذلك.
العمل كواجهة صيانة مع الخدمات الهندسية لتوفير مدخلات في المشاريع الرأسمالية الجديدة.
دعم عقد الصيانة والوظائف المتعلقة بالإغلاق
يعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق الصيانة لضمان عدم انقطاع عمليات المصنع بطريقة موثوقة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
