Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management position
Key Accountabilities :
Manage the collection and organization of gathered data from various sources
Lead the development of predictive models that can be used to forecast future events or behaviors by creating descriptive models
Clean and process data by removing duplications, inconsistencies, and errors and transform it
Analyze data by using statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and other data analysis tools to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in the data
Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders across the organization, including decision-makers, managers, and technical teams
Maintain data security by way of ensuring the privacy and security of data through implementing appropriate security controls, monitoring access and usage, and complying with relevant regulations and standards

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
At least 6 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise-level reports and dashboards, including collaborating with users in a requirements analysis capacity.
Expertise in data warehouse architecture and logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional).
Extensive knowledge of data warehousing technologies and product suites, such as Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.
Familiarity with advanced dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI is required.
Significant experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.), as well as performance tuning related to reporting queries.
Understanding of data integration challenges, including data validation and cleaning, and experience working with complex data structures.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for supporting project environments.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities are required.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python is preferred.
Experience in programming/scripting and knowledge of the software development life cycle is preferred.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing priorities is necessary.
