ROLE PURPOSE
Strategize and champion all aspects for the engineering function withing OLNG by developing and implementing highest levels of technical excellence within process and utilities technology, across the engineering, production, maintenance, and technology centre as well as asset assurance and define and set-up the parameters for discipline engineering design to ensure safety, reliability, and availability of the OLNG complex.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Drive seamless communication between senior leadership, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely decision making
•Build a strong team culture by fostering a positive and productive work environment and ensuring that the staff is motivated and collaborative
•Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly assess their performance against the set goals, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement

ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING SENIOR MANAGER
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead and direct the RE team in providing Engineering, Operations & Maintenance Support for Process, Utilities and S&L areas (including condition monitoring and troubleshooting)
2.As a member of the extended leadership team, support the creation and implementation of EN business plan and strategy
3.Develop/Improve and lead the implementation of asset reference plan, procedures, specifications and work instructions related to rotating equipment engineering.
4. Ensure that sufficient and suitable resources and equipment are available to carry out all RE engineering and Condition Monitoring activities with appropriate standards and procedures.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of rotating equipment operations and maintenance strategy, procedures/work instructions plans and practices.
6.As Project Forum Member, review and approve/ endorse project proposals.
7.Liaise with all production departments to facilitate trouble shooting, through proper techniques, all RE related process incidents that can affect complex reliability and availability.
8. Lead and support projects implementation and plant changes for rotating equipment.
9.Define major maintenance plan for RE and provide Technical Support & Quality Assurance during Shutdown & Major Maintenance activities
10.Monitor and progress the assigned corporate score-card deliverables as well as audit and bench-marking actions.
11.Formulate, own budgets and effectively manage the expenditures for the section.
12.As Contract Holder ensure GE and B&K are in compliance with Contract HSSE requirements.
13.Lead HSE activities (including SW, IWS, Omnisafe, Incident Reporting, etc) for ENR team and GE CSA Contract / Site Team
14.Drive the HSSE-CF implementation including Technical Authority process and perform the duty of Technical Authority level 2 for the rotating equipment engineering.
15.Implement regular RE spare parts reviews and follow up of action items in order to ensure availability of required spares to maintain complex rotating engineering equipment.
16.Develop and oversee maintenance of the required RE (rotating equipment) documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing.
17.Drive Competency Based Development and ensure that appropriate training/ development (PDP) meets current and future business needs. Build SME expertise and talent pipeline for effective succession planning, including Omanisation.
18.Mentor graduate/ engineers as part of the OLNG mentorship and professional development programs
MANAGER, OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CYBER SECURITY
ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for making technical leadership contribution to the development of the strategic direction, leadership and management of Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Engineering systems. Accountable for the development and implementation of the highest levels of Technical Excellence within OT Security Engineering across the engineering, production, maintenance and technology centre to safeguard reliability and availability of the LNG complex. Play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of all OT Systems cyber security in the Qalhat facility by providing professional expertise continually working towards improving plant OT systems security, safety, availability and reliability. Implement the steps in the short-, medium- and long-term plans to address any risk areas identified to meet the highest level of OT Cyber Security performance and assist the EN sections OT Cyber Security maintenance. Act in the position of ENA and EN with authority whenever required in his/her absence.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develops and manages the delivery of technical excellence within OT Cyber Security Engineering, and liaises with the EN managers and other stakeholder to develop and strengthen assurance processes to ensure secure, safe and uninterrupted plant OT systems.
2. Owns OT Cyber Security Engineering as subject matter expert (SME), and OT Cybersecurity Technical Authority (TA2). Acts as the definitive source of knowledge, technique, and expertise to provide professional and technical insight for design, engineering and complex trouble-shooting activities.
3. Develops and implements best practices related to OT Cyber Security Engineering. Leads a work-group during complex investigations and provides novel and expert guidance in his/her area of capability to resolve technical challenges with maintenance and projects delivery.
4. Responsible to take accountability (on behalf of OT Accountable Manager, EN) for technical quality of all activities within OT Cyber Security Engineering, and to develop and maintain assurance functions within procedures, organisational structure, other business units, staff and the corporate functions to ensure risk profile in relevant business scope is identified, monitored and controlled.
5. Responsible for developing and maintaining discipline engineering assurance functions and providing in-depth specialist technical know-how to support other departments in OT Cyber security, safety, production, maintenance, projects and technology to sustain secure, safe, continuous and uninterrupted plant operation, leading to achievement of overall corporate objectives.
6. Develops and maintains effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including Instrument and Automation, IT, Electrical, Rotating Equipment, Technology, process safety manager, area maintenance managers, turnaround managers, project managers and senior management. The nature of the role involves actively leading and participating in multiple work-groups at one time and disseminating information across all levels of the organization.
7. Responsible to foster technical innovation, acquisition of expertise and a continuous improvement culture by constantly seeking new technical developments and actively pursuing deployment opportunities through engaging with the leadership teams, in a manner that positively contributes to the core values and the policies of OLNG.
8. Responsible to develop and maintain alignment within the organisation for delivery of business results in relevant discipline, and overall alignment with the corporate objectives.
9. Responsible to develop and implement the long-term strategic plan for the OT Cyber Security engineering activities in the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), and ensure alignment with production, maintenance and projects for delivery.
10. Supporting the General Manager in strategizing major engineering contracts from inception, contract strategy, contractor evaluation and selection. Responsible for ensuring delivery of major contracts and contractual compliance with regards to budgets, safety, quality and timelines.
