Requirements:
Holds undergraduate or post graduate degree in Law or related field from a recognized institution
Total experience of at least 8 years
Has sound experience working with international clients
Successfully handled several key clients in Oman or in the region
Understands civil law and interpretations
Previously held a key position with a reputed law firm
Dealt with Company Set Up matters in Oman or UAE
Delivered work concerning corporate affairs such M&A, restructuring, employment matters and liquidation
Worked with complex matters involving setting up medium and large funds and associations
Capable of independently drafting contracts
Well versed with issues related to arbitrations and disputes
Capable of presenting verbally and in writing
